2.2 Subscription-Based Refunds

For our subscription plans, refunds are available as follows:

  • Within 14 Days: Full refund if canceled within 14 days of purchase and no services have been utilized.
  • After 14 Days: Pro-rated refund based on unused portion of the subscription period, minus a 10% administrative fee.
