2. Services Description

Geek Best Shop provides technology support and repair services including but not limited to:

  • Computer and laptop repair
  • Network setup and configuration
  • Virus and malware removal
  • Data recovery services
  • Device setup and configuration
  • Cloud services setup
  • Remote technical support

3. Service Limitations

While we strive to resolve all technical issues, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to:

  • Recover all lost or corrupted data
  • Repair all hardware components
  • Resolve issues caused by incompatible software
  • Fix devices that have been damaged beyond repair

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Service Fees

All services are subject to the fees outlined in our pricing plans or as quoted for specific services. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours notice without incurring cancellation fees. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted service price.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are provided at our discretion and are subject to the following conditions:

  • Services not performed due to our unavailability: Full refund
  • Services partially completed: Partial refund based on work completed
  • Dissatisfaction with services: Case-by-case evaluation

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your technical issues
  • Back up your data before service begins when possible
  • Provide a safe working environment for our technicians
  • Ensure you have legal rights to any software we are asked to install
  • Pay for services rendered in a timely manner

6. Limitation of Liability

Geek Best Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services

7. Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy governs the processing of all personal data collected from you in connection with your use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included on our website and in our service materials, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the website, is the property of Geek Best Shop or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws.

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Geek Best Shop. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our services, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of our services are unavailable at any time or for any period.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to mediation in Sheridan, Wyoming before pursuing other legal remedies.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
